About NGLRMLS

The Northern Great Lakes REALTORS® MLS, L.L.C. is a Michigan Limited Liability Company. It's operated by a Board of Representatives consisting of two voting representatives from each participating real estate board/association as well as a non-voting President, who only votes in the event of a tie.

Each of the members of The Board of Representatives is appointed by their respective board/association's Board of Directors. Each member real estate board/association who has an equity interest in the entity has equal voting rights in all decision making. One of the biggest differences between the Northern Great Lakes REALTORS® MLS and other repository or regional mls models is that it is owned and operated by REALTOR® Boards/Associations and built to serve their respective members.
