How To Participate

If you're not a member of a participating board, there are a few different ways to become a user of the Northern Great Lakes REALTORS® MLS:

1. Your current board/association is welcome to utilize the NGLRMLS. They can contact any one of the Board of Directors, the NGLRMLS President or the NGLRMLS GM for more information. We're also happy to come to their next Board of Directors Meeting to do a presentation on the new system and answer any questions they may have.
2. If you're a broker who is a REALTOR® member, but not with one of the currently participating boards, you are welcome to sign up for an MLS-only membership. We'll even allow an opt-out for those agents within your office who choose not to participate. Encourage your Board of Directors and AE to consider membership for your entire Board/Association in the NGLRMLS in the future.
3. If you're a REALTOR® member, but not with one of the three participating boards, you can encourage your broker to sign up for an MLS-only membership so you can become a member yourself. Encourage your Board of Directors and AE to consider membership for your entire Board/Association in the NGLRMLS in the future.
