See rotation A schedule in the Associated Documents (click on the green D) for the 6 weeks that are included for the coming years (weeks change slightly each year). For example, remaining 2025 weeks: Jun 27-Jul 4, Aug 22-29, Oct 17-24, and Dec 26-Jan 2 (New Year's Eve Day and New Year's Day!). 2026 weeks: Feb 13-20 (Valentine’s Day!), Apr 10-17, Jun 19-26, Aug 14-21, Oct 9-16 and Dec 18-25. $420 per month association dues cover pretty much everything except for room cleaning and property taxes.
